Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Competency writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Experience with children and teens in home or clinic setting
  • Creative and organized
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Complete assessment and treatment plans for insurance authorizations
  • Provide supervision to ABA therapists
  • Provide supervision to student analysts
  • Prepare and facilitate on the job staff training/program modeling
  • Provide parent training
  • Travel to clients as needed

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are always looking for caring and talented RBTs to join our organization. Our RBTs are team players that work 1:1 providing ABA services to clients in the center, home, and school setting. RBT’s work closely with our analysts to effectively implement behavior plans.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 40 Hour RBT certification
  • Experience with children and teens in homes or clinic settings
  • Creative and organized
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement behavior plans
  • Work 1: 1 with clients delivering the best care possible
  • Travel to clients as needed
  • Take and record Data effectively
  • Work under the supervision of the BCBA or BCaBA
